5/23 Craig's Where to Ride

Proving yet again that weather is chaotic, yesterdays wind was not nearly as good
as I expected at Rush (where it actually turned South in the afternoon), or UL, where
it was not nearly as strong as expected. Hopefully people got rides at DC and Sulfur.
Be that as it may, I'm guessing more North wind today at UL South launches and at Rush.
Rush looks like all day 6/12M conditions with the typical mid afternoon lull. UL looks
similar, but with steadier wind in the afternoon. Sulfur looks like 6M west winds if
you can survive a high air temp of 50. Down here, air temps look to peak around
60 so factor that in.

Tomorrow, Gusty NW wind at Rush PM in the 7/14M range, and 7M sail conditions
up at Sulfur.

Friday, winds turn South in the afternoon for planable but gusty conditions at DC, Rush,
and probably UL Lincoln beach, and MM19 by evening.
