What a weak 4th, several of us trying to keep the vib alive at DC, there was a little bit of riding off and on, Not the DC session we were all hoping for but still some solid big board, big kite riding. Also one of the gustest day ever at DC, Almost watched new kiter Jason get dragged on shore. Luckly Dave the driller was there to save the day!!! Thanks to Big Jay for letting me take the big nobile! i could not have ridden with out it!

BB. Several freash faces out kiting today, Great to see some new faces!

The best news may be Peter the "BMW guy" got a SLE kite!!! No more scary c-kiteing for that cat!

Yeah, we had a close call with the burst that ripped in about 30 mph. I moved out to the water thinking Jason might possibly get slammed by a big gust with his kite in the water. I didnt take the situation as serious as I sould have but was lucky enough to catch his 15m a split second before it powered up in a nasty way, directly down wind right on the beach. Real happy dude came out of the water. I had a rough time
with the crappy off and on wind crap. Flying too small of kite and way to small of board, and to add injury to insult Bordy said I have a "BIG ASS". Will be sure to send Christmass card this year. :(
