Hi Kids

So you can't kite if you don't try.

I went to Lincoln beach last nite. We all know I'm hooked. I figured not to many folks would come out. My friend Scott G and I decided to give it a whirl. He windsurfs. We brought another friend to maybe take a pic or two.

We got there about 5, it was blowing in SLC, we still knew it was iffy. But it did come up around 7pm. It blew pretty good till it was time to get out.

Scott did a fine job launching me in the water!

I got up on my board for a good bit!!!

Scott got a couple of plained rides.. he was happy!

I tried... I kited

From one noob to another... your an inspiration! Keep it up! I'm still waiting to get my new Waroo 9.

Stopped by Bountiful Pond yesterday to gauge its potential. Pretty small and lots of fishermen... but may work if the conditions are right. Has anybody tried it lately?

Constance,

Thanks for the post. A lot of the old timers have stopped posting. I enjoy reading the posts as my leg heals.

Constance,

I dream of snowkiting all summer long. The snowkiting last winter was simply amazing. It makes me smile just thinking about it. We had so many nice powder days at Strawberry, Skyline, and Park City. I am glad that I will at least be ready to go for the winter.

Be careful out there and keep posting!
