All I can say is WOW! No wind in the forcast. Happened to look at the Willard POE at 11:00am and saw an 18-21 mph wind for the past hour. So I took a chance and ran out there. I was up and running by probably 11:30 and had great wind till 12:30 when it started dropping. It was a clean wind and I had the little bay all to myself. Would have loved to have other kiters with. Oh well.
