The wind started later and blew a bit harder than yesterday. Sundance reported SW wind beginning at noon, reached double digits (11/16) at 1:30 and peaked (15/23) at 4:15. The dam chute followed with WSW wind beginning at 2, double digits at 3. At 3:30 the wind on the beach was mostly in the mid to high teens (average 15, peak 22). Leo's Futura 144/7.x seemed to be working pretty well, as did my similar setup. Surprisingly few motorboats today; everyone must have been at Swiss Days or the sheep dog trials?

Jim, I was on a 8M. But I downpowered it a bit. I think I was a bit too conservative!

Great to meet you, BTW.
