As I drove past the DC launch on my way home I noticed A lone kite parked with it's rider gingerly sippin on
a large bottle of some sort. Back turned to his kite, It lifted up and decided to flip. He must have heard it, and realed around to wrangle the kite without dropping the drink "of some sort". I drove on chuckling feeling better about missing the wind.
