Gusty on the inside, smoother on the outside, 6 ft waves in between, warm sunny air and warm water.
Sandy beaches meant no booties!. You can probably guess it was good, but the Maui locals thought it
was too gusty. I just took my lumps and enjoyed my Goya Freestyle Wave One. Ran into the same
people I do all over the planet. Not too bad for extended play in the bonus round, and windier than
it usually is in Winter. Spent my windless days face down watching fish, or hiking. What a place!
