I was wrong in my last post when I said the water was as high as it's going to get. It came up some more. The launch is trickier now but still doable. I launched the kite and was walking into the water with the kite above me and I got "goosed". (No, not by one of those big carp) A real goose bumped my kite. He was cruising with the wind and he saw it but it confused him and finally at the last second he changed course enough to not hit it directly.
