One of the better days I've had in a while. I was the only kiter there. Jim Southwick sailed up from Charleston and I followed him up above the Island. Strong, steady wind the whole way. The sun was out most of the time too.

Sorry Brad. I almost didn't go because I couldn't handle another skunking. The lake cam looked good around noon so I decided to go.

Vicky and I showed up arond 230ish and rode till about 530. it was up and down towards the end but still great! Why does the water feel so cold again!!!

13 for me 11 for vick

Possibly because a lot of cold water is coming in from the river. After falling a little, the water level seems to be rising again - lots of floating debris, most of it small, fortunately.
