Had two of the best days of windsurfing at the Rehoboth Bay, ever. My friends and I did couple of bay crossing (about 4.5 miles one way) and were chased by dolphins in the middle of the bay! The 3' to 4' swells and 20+ gust made it fun to bump and jump. There were about 20 kiters there. They all stay within a mile from the shore. No dolphin wants to be near them.
