Windless till Thursday
Not completely. SW wind started building a little before 2 with peak gusts to 20 around 4. Up and down, but no more so than usual for DC. 8.5m sail was about right in the biggest gusts, but a larger sail might have been a better choice over all. Only saw one kite at DCBB; it launched at 4:05, then promptly landed - technical problem?
