It was our first summer session @ Sulpher, and it was some, kind of wild wind. The 5.3 was just enough to keep me upwind most of the time. The gusts were wild and strong, from a more NW direction than usual. I was surprised at how cold the wind was, and got face freeze, and cold hands, a couple of times. We were glad to have our full 4 3 steamers on. Lanye and Cindy got some rippin rides a bit later, on a little bit bigger gear, but I think it may have been steadier.

I hope it's a bit warmer for our campout next weekend! I did notice that the crawdad population looked good, off the dock. I saw 2 big 5 gal. buckets full, leave in a truck.

Hope to see lot's of wind riders out next weekend, @ Sulpher.
