Best Bet for the next 3 days is going to be DC on pure thermals, so look for 7.5/12 to 8.5/15 from 3 PM
till 6.

Got on the lake at 3:20 and enjoyed gradually improving wind for about 50 min as the sky to the South and East progressively darkened. Dave O arrived a little after 4, and not long after that the thunder and lightening started. Saw one kite on the ground at DCBB as I was driving home.

Thanks for the info - I was stuck at work until 8 and had been wondering.
I'm looking at DC right now. It's totally socked in with fog, and everywhere else is crystal clear. In your experience, does this serve as any sort of predictor for later in the day?

Interesting question. Unfortunately, I've never really thought about trying to make that correlation, but I'll definitely try to in the future.
