Craig's forecast yesterday was spot on. Just as he called,it started at noon and by 1:00 it was full on 5.9 out of the S.W. And as the clouds started to fade away,it got steadier and cranked up a notch. The 4.7's and 5.0's came out. Good time and when I left at 6:00 (with sore arms) it looked the steadiest and most filled in of the day. Sounds like maybe Pelican Bay this afternoon. I think my backhoe is going to have a leak at @ 10:30 or 11:00. So maybe I'll see you there. Tom W.

I have sailed at Grants the last 9 times and it is amazing how much gustier Sulfur is. It took me a half hour just to get adjusted to the gusts and chop. But wow, it was great to have some long reaches for a change, even if there was usually a hole in the middle. And low 60's seems unusually warm for this time of year. It was day 52 for the year and the body is showing the wear and tear. Like, Saturday at Grants, it took a handful of Ibuprofen to get the back and wrists to function and some chocolate to get the mind properly going.
