Mostly series of downwinders, got powered up a couple times. I think Ken Lewis was the only one who consistently stayed upwind. At any given time I counted about ten kites on the water and another five on the sidelines waiting for the good wind. There were still four or more on the water when we left after dark. We should plan a night session on a full moon, this would be a good spot for it. I met alot of cool kiters for my first time at Lincoln.

As Jason said, it was a light wind night but lots of fun. I just want to say what a great kite community we have here. It's really nice to visit with everyone while we're "waiting for the wind" and everyone is always really helpful and friendly. It really makes it nice. Thanks to all of you.

The wind was so light that when I dropped my kite while in deeper water I couldn't get it launched again. Thanks to our great community (Peter and Trevor) for getting my board and helping my kite to roll over so I could get it back in the air. I think Jason is right about Ken being the only one that Ken was the only one that stayed upwind. Peter and Trevor didn't do too bad either. But it was a lot of work for me. Only got a few rides out of it.
