DC looking like 7.5/12 and up early
(maybe earlier than 11AM) squirrley and cool, it could get down to 6.5/ 10 for brief periods in between
rain.
No rain, but definitely up early and plenty squirrley.

I went out on a 14 and a big board from 4 - 4:45. Wind just slooooooowly went away. Dropped my kite and practiced all sorts of relaunch scenarios. Still don't have that flip to full power trick mastered. Maybe it was just lack of wind by then. Kind of nice having the whole place to yourself. Not great, but I'd do it again.
