DC is the call today. Wind should come in early, but may fade or become spiky due to cloud cover. Wind will be gusty in the upper teens to low twenties.
Bullseye! First hint of SW wind at 11:30, building rapidly to a peak at about 12:40, then relentlessly tapering off.
