I arrived at 11:15 and it was blowing about 15. I haven't kited for 2 weeks since I was in Vegas but you don't get that trip report. The wind was about 15-20 SW and fairly gusty. They reported 7 new inches Friday night. It wasn't pow but it was soft. Had a great time hitting the jump from the Superfly Open. The best angle seemed to be jumping it while going uphill. The wind was good enough for a few send-it type jumps also. Ken Lucas showed up about 1:00 and was still there when I left at 2:30. Overall it was an excellent day. Snow conditions were surprisingly good for this time of year. I would have stayed longer but I wanted to ride the new mountain bike that I just got yesterday.
