I still think DC is going to go South and pretty strong, maybe 6/12M conditions
from 2 till dusk.
Nailed it:
http://picasaweb.google.com/JP.Southwic ... indCharts#I started with a 6.6 at 2:20. EXTREMELY gusty; I was pretty much maxed in the gusts. Came in after about an hour, shortly after Linda and Sarah arrived. About that time, the wind strengthened and filled in. Sarah rigged a 6.2, which appeared to be working well for her; Linda rigged about the same size, I think.

Yes the 6.2 and 106 for me and 6.5/95 for Linda worked out very well. Very little schlogging, and a lot of planning. I would guess a couple of hours worth. We had a couple of 10 min worth of crazy wind happen. With some tail walking and the wind popping the back side of the sail. But over all the best session we've had at Chareston.
