Crested the Dam at 1:00 to slight caps. By the time I rigged at DCIB I had missed it. Just gentle flow till 2:30pm when like Craig said "late thermal around 2" the good wind came in. Pretty steady by DC standards. Unfortunately it only lasted an hour or so. Kites flying up past DCIB is always a welcome sight.

Pretty gusty at Charleston, where Angie, DaveO, Judy, Paul and I were using sail sizes ranging from 6.5 to 9.5.
