12/28/10 Ridge near Skyline.

Some of you may recognize this hill. It is located about 1/2 mile before the Upper Ridge at Skyline. The wind direction was just right and the powder was mostly untouched. I rode there for 45 minutes or so. I should have ridden there all afternoon. This footage was basically the same footage that Peter shot, but from the perspective of my GoPro Hero HD cam. It is weird viewing a glide from the POV perspective. It is difficult to tell when I leave the ground and how high I go. In this video, I only fly 30 feet above the ground and travel about 600 feet. Note how sweet the powder is there!
