For the third successive day, the wind spiked up at 11 AM. Previous days it's taken about an hour to peak. Today it shot up to a peak of 20 kt and immediately started to back off. I made the mistake of ignoring Craig's rigging advice and set up a 6.6, which worked well to begin with but quickly became underpowered; same story with the 8.5 that I rigged next. One kiter riding at BWB (Dobson, I'm told.)
