Several of us spent the day kiting and waiting out squalls. One of which I am very thankful to not be on the water as it passed. Pretty good session. Some other riders got excellent am kiting, to my knowledge. Ralph R. and Duane showed up for the evening session.

Ralph and I showed up and everybody left except the wind which jacked up to complete smoke on the water for about 30 minutes while we were rigging our 4.5s. I dont think I have ever seen it blow that hard from one side to the other for that long. It then backed way off and ended up being very up and down 4.5-5.5. We sailed the puffs that lasted 15-30 minutes in duration followed by similar lulls. The puffs got longer and the lulls shorter and when we left about 7 it was blowing solid 4.5-5.0ish. 25-30MPH. I got some video of the smokeout and will try to post it.
