July 14th Rush

Postby Kenny » Thu Jul 14, 2011 2:10 pm

Arrived around 8:30. Vern was on the water well-powered on a 13. I decided to pump 11. Sal showed up and decided to pump 11 as well. Rode for about an hour and went in to get a smaller kite. Pumped 9M. Trevor and another rider (did not catch his name) showed up and started pumping 9 and 8. Jake showed up and put up a 10. Went out for 2 1/2 hours. I rode all the way to the very south end of the lake. Wind was strong and smooth under bluebird skies. Saw Don and Peter hit the water as I was coming in. Wind started to drop at 11:30 and I took that as my cue to head into work.

Rush has thorns, I found one small one in my leading edge of my 11 which caused it to slowly deflate. I hate bladder repairs
