We are looking for a new term to use, one slightly better than skunked. My word for that session was "badgered". I was badgered by marginal wind and other kiters, especially those on skis and fast turning kites, making me look bad on my slow, old 15m kite and snowboard.

Bob,

We were tossing "ferreted" around. Ferrets stink but not quite as bad as skunks.... Safe to say we got ferreted yesterday.

If the wind shuts down too much you might get Badgered by this guy. Last time up there the wind died just as I got to the top. I was glad not to see him. This is a shot from last spring.

Last month I was at Skyline and saw a white Mink with some black on the head jumping high moving thru the powder next to my kite. Took me few minutes to realize what it was but I know we are not alone outdoors..
