2/11 Sail Beach San Diego

Was down in SD visiting family and took my gear. Stopped by Cali Kites per Billy's suggestion. They gave me the low down on the local spots. Tourmaline would've been the call if not for the high surf advisory. I've never kited on surf and don't have the right board for it. So I headed to Sail Beach in Mission Bay. It was LIGHT 17 meter and could've used more. There was just barely enough to stay up wind. Still it was 75 degrees and sunny. So I wasn't complaining :)))
