Another hot, windless day until about 6:15. Starting to look thundery, probably just a random poltergust. But I am seeing a lot readings in the high teens/low twenties. Better have a look. Breezy, but not a lot of whitecaps. On the plus side, surprisingly (to me, at least) little boat motorboat traffic. Not sure what to expect. Went out with my 7.0 rigged full and was immediately very powered up. Got in a nice 45 minute session as the wind gradually backed off. A very nice Independence Day surprise!
