starting to feel the muscles after five days of sailing, mostly in the legs. started to rig the 6.5 again but at 11:00am it was not strong enough so I pulled out the 7.5 and rigged but by the time I had rigged and dressed it was starting to blow harder but I went out any way and I was able to hang on for an hour and a half, but I was plenty tired when I quit. Nice to have five days in a row to sail and more on the way!!!!!!!

I feel your pain ( in my shoulders, my legs, my ... ). Great few days! Don't know how you were able to hold on to that 7.5; I was plenty powered up on my 6.0. The wind has finally stopped after blowing more or less constantly since 10 AM Wednesday.
