Rain this morning and dark clouds hanging over Timp did not bode well for planing conditions, so when the branches started stirring a little before 1, I wasn't optimistic. Seemed pretty fluky. But worth a look.
Up and down when arrived at IB, but seemed to be building. By the time I got rigged (about 2) the wind had steadied out nicely, and I got a very pleasant 45 minutes (all I had time for) of mostly planing conditions.
