SW wind began building a little before 11, and by noon was gusting to about 15 - not great, but better than yesterday's teaser and enough to provide planing rides on big gear. The water level in DC continues to drop, but is still high enough to make launching at Charleston a reasonable option, although some weeds are beginning to show up near the shore.
