Finally I got a ride in! After getting skunked in San Pedro We flew into Placentia for our final week. First thing I saw was the local guide flying her Ozone 15m. Within minutes of dropping my bags I had the waver signed and was out riding. After all this time riding in waste deep water I need to practice body dragging again. I droped my board and had a bitch trying to get back to it. Its been a killer trip so far and much more to come. I will post pics when I get back. Hope it keeps blowing here.

Home now after a great trip! Not a great kitesurfing trip but a great time just the same. There were a couple of days I could have kited but hard to forcast what was going to happen and too much to do besides waiting for wind. I am gald I decided not to bring my gear. Lisa had everything I would have needed to rent. Nice to have the option to kite or windsurf should the wind have picked up. But I am glad that this was not the total focus of the trip which was the diving. Diving in San pedro was awesome. Placencia was neat but the visibility was only about 40 feet and it was expensive due to the longer boat rides to the reef. Should anyone plan a trip to Belize I can offer good info on were to stay and what to expect. I will try and post some pictures soon. I am now stoked to get out on the snow!
