Glad you guys got it, AGAIN. I was out on PV this morning, but same old 5-7mph. Nothing exciting. Gotta love a good west.

The wind that day was as good as you would ever want for the ice. I was able to go all the over to the boat marina and then tack for about a 1/2 mile all the way past Cemetery Point to the south side of the reservoir. I could get all the way back to the Windsurfer beach on 4 tacks from the boat dock. Anyplace that you wanted to go was open and quickly accessed. When you are flying along and give the kite another loop it really slingshots you, but with the large open spaces it isn't a problem. I had a beginner with me who I was keeping and eye on or I would have really gone exploring. She ended becoming disconnected from the chicked loop and chasing my 7.5 Frenzy about 1/2 mile across the ice. I went back out after taking a rest and towed her back to the windsurfers beach at the end of the night.
