Got to pineview to see Augie flying. While parking I saw an enthusiastic and excited Ken (not kenny) getting his gear together. We headed down, only I had my 3 and 7 year old with a quiver of small kites and two sleds.

Auggie this should be your post, but I couldnt wait. Auggie headed way up towards the spillway then way down past cemetary point almost disappearing in the low lit haze towards the boat ramp. Beautiful to watch.

My 7 year old flew the trainer on his own for the first time. Very cool to watch. He'll try skiis next time. 3 year old started crying in no time at all, wife came to pick him up on her way around the res. Grabbed the 4m, tied my boys sled to me, sat on my own sled and headed off down wind with my boy in tow with hoots and hollers. Arrived at cemetary point in now time at all. good 20 minute walk back. winds from my meter, 10-15. Almost full moon in the middle of the wind window. Wind still blowing at dark, 6:15 pm. Absolutely beautiful and perfect day even with now skiis on my feet. Auggie is that 7 days straight for you?

7 days in a row at Pineview if you don't count Sunday when I had to ski patrol. I could make it 8 today but I think I will hang around the house. I was able to go all the way from the spillway down Anderson Cove to right across from Ski Lake Village across from the old Snowbasin road. I also went over to the boat docks but lost the wind. I'm glad the dog that jumped at my downed kite didn't get it when I took off again. Some guy had 2 uncontollable dogs and one was extra frisky.
