Powder Mountain & Chasta 2/13

Heard a rumor that Chasta was going to be at Powder Mountain today and the forecast looked good. As always, kited by myself in the am, 16m waroo, winds 10-15, closer to 15 on the ridge. Snow was fast and just soft enough to not worry to much about crashing. Boosted some good airs until finally my harness came undone on the way up into the air, exciting slow motion decent. Packed it away. As I was going towards the parking lot, saw Auggie, then Chasta's group. Wish I could have stayed.
