Craig G YOU RULE!!!!! As usual your forcaste was ON. I got there by 3:30, and it would have been enough for the fat gear, but I had faith that the wind would come, and it did. I picked up trash for 30 mins, then the wind picked up a few more notches, and I rigged the 7.2. Perfect for the first 30 mins. then a bit OP'd for the next 45. I decided to just keep riding, with lot's of upwind and downwind runs. Then it calmed down again for another half hour, for just right sailing, and then I called it quits. I smartly realized that I had to get out of my drysuit, on my own, which requires that last little bit of strength.

For my 2nd sailing day not bad, made a few jibes, did some good splat jibes, and had a lot of fun. Luis was the only other WS'r to show up, glad to have the company...... Wish I was out at Grantville now with Tom and Linda!
