Just as Craig had predicted the wind blew past the beach at 1:00. Took some time to build but eventually was a pretty steady 12-16mph. This wind speed seemed to hang on unusually long, as it was still blowing when I pulled away after 5:00pm. After having the pleasure of taking an afternoon off during the week, I was rewarded by only crossing one boat wake the entire afternoon.

As usual, it took longer to get to Charleston Bridge. Equally quiet.
Blew till 7.
