I know it's not windsurfing or kiting but...... Just got back from a week of surfing in Mexico. We do a trip there annually. It's awesome. Our boat driver took a ton of photos surfing but was fired and ran off with all the photos. I'll try to post some later. Some guys went fishing one day and brought back a boat load of Dorado and we ate tons the most delicious ceviche I have ever had. We also did a tour of an agave farm and tequillery owned by the family of the surf camp owner. It was very cool. Check out the website.
