I hope all of you had fun at the DC event. Rush had up and down wind all afternoon. There were 25 mph solid winds followed by kite dropping lulls. Only managed to have my kite eaten by the moss eaters one time. I will post another topic on what to do when your kite gets covered in moss.
The water is so shallow and glassy that I could often see the reflection of my kite in the water. It was a great afternoon that I spent by myself. One other kiter was on the water for about 15 minutes. It was a great was to spend a very hot afternoon.
