Got there late just after 2pm. Didn't see much wind as I drove up Provo Canyon and almost turned back. Rigged the 8.3. Slogged most of two hours and only got one ride out and back on a plane. Saw three other sailors but (only recognized Fred).

I was happy to see several new wind addicts learning to sail :-)

DCJIM's graphical windlogs are a great service. Thanks Jim. Saturday morning judging from the previous few days, I was sure I could wait and get some things done around the house, grab lunch on the way up and be there just in time. Sure enough when I checked the Dam Chute it was 13 WSW. So off I went. Arrived to what appeared to be a nice building blow. There were already several sailors on the water and occasionally powered up. Rigged quick and pffffft it was gone.
