According to Anjee, she and Paul sensed that it was starting to blow as they were eating lunch and got down to DC pronto. Good call! Because it was one of those days when the wind starts out relatively steady before degenerating into random gusts. Anjee described the first hour or so as one of the best DC sessions ever. By the I got there at about 3:30, it was strictly schlogg-'n-go, and it continued that way until I left at 6, although by then the gusts were getting shorter and shorter and less and less frequent. I did get some good rides, though, especially after everyone else left. Thanks Mike, Paul and Anjee; your sacrifice did not go unappreciated!

Sail sizes: Mike-7.2; Paul-7.5 (I think); Anjee-6.5; me-7.5
