A grim, mostly overcast day up here, but just as Craig predicted, the wind started at a little after 2. Very gusty and sporadic; my tripod mounted anemometer on the beach was registering anywhere from zero to 27 mph. Got a few (VERY few) rides on my "Kiddy Formula" board and 7.5. Definitely not worth driving any distance for.
