Wind was 10 - 15 when I arrived. One other kiter, David was out on a FS Psycho 13 with his big rig parked in the parking lot. Snow was real nice, but got heavier as the day progressed. The wind also got stronger as well, rigged down to the 15 and I was barely hanging on when I packed up at 3. Wind was gusty South under bluebird skies.
