My Friend Bruce and I have been in town searching for the allusive Wind since Monday morning and we finally found it. Monday we tried Skyline and the snow was so deep you could not move. Tuesday didn't look good so we hit the slopes. Today we checked out deer creek since the wind gauge said 12 to 30 but the flags said otherwise. I figured my best bet was to head for Evanston, but as we passed the Home Depot the flags were out full on. We parked at the fire station (with permision from the cheif) and road for 4-1/2 hours. The wind was up and down but mostly up and the powder was perfect. I sure miss the Utah winters.

Matt,
Glad you got to ride. Forecast looks excellent for PC/Strawberry on Friday. Looks like the north winds will be even stronger at Skyline that day.
