Arrived 2:30 to a few white caps in sight and a good wind line coming down the lake. Pumped up SS Turbine 17M and grabbed 145 Reyo and self launched, as no one else around, at 3:00. 15 minutes of pure perfection, another 15 min of good planning but slowly losing ground down wind. another 15 min of water start, ride a bit, drop kite, relanuch. and another 15 minutes of standing there waiting for enough wind to relaunch. Gave up and packed up and left at 4:30 as usual, seemed it might be getting a bit more windy. Very nice, sunny, warm day but not much action. SDN was gusting over 20 but thermal did pull hard enough to suck wind up the canyon.

Pineview was almost exactly the same.
"Arrived 2:30 to a few white caps in sight and a wind line coming down the lake."
Doug was there first and rigged,
I told him to take my race board while I rigged.
15 minutes of riding,
15 minutes of kinda.
It's side shore, so ride then stop and wait for a gust, ride and then stop and wait for a gust.
He was done by the time I was rigged.
"Gave up and packed up and left at 4:30.
Very nice, sunny, warm day but not much action."
