I wasn't going to post but I read that Kenny is giving away a kite! I don't actually have to describe the conditions because Kenny was there. But for those who weren't, there was decent west wind from noon 'till 3 with some shallow powder and clear skies. It was a blast playing on the slopes with Chris S, Kenny, Andy and Jim. Special thanks to Chris for giving me the nudge I needed to get to a new level. I was as happy as a fairie eating a lollypop while floating like a butterfly over a sunkissed white dream. It wasn't wet. Chris, I picked up a blue shovel where you were parked, is it yours? Kenny, I hope you found your board.

Ralph served up a big slice of huckee huckee. Fun as hell watching him glide.

Yes Ralph, that's my shovel. I let the kids borrow it. We'll try to rendezvous sometime soon.

Ralph, yes I found my board. It was a great afternoon with better wind and snow than Thursday. Sherwin was flying so high. I left my waist harness and climbing harness at home so I had to wear a seat harness. Felt like I was wearing a diaper while gliding. Ralph pulled the trigger and was doing some stylish glides. Loop master Andy was throwing it down as well.

I spent the afternoon skiing at Alta today. Full parking lot, 10 minute lift lines, long traverses for 5-6 powder turns. resort skiing just doesn't measure up.
