Against my better judgement, I decided to join Sal for a polar bear session. I can still feel the chill as I am typing this report. We arrived around 3 and the wind was up and down. The stronger gusts were indicating a big kite day. So, I rigged a 15. Sal only has a 13 and we both felt the cold before we even got into the water. As I got it the water, the wind got stronger and gustier. As one point, it went from nothing to 7 meter condition and won to nothing in less than 5 minutes. It went from NW to N to NW and then W and back to N in the last hour. The cold air temperature didn't help. So, after 2 hours of lully pops, I decided to do the walk of shame and beached the kite. Sal almost got stuck down south.

4 straight days of kiting isn't bad. But I want warmer water now.
