Pretty much just as Craig forecast:
DC looks to have very gusty 7/14 from 1 until 5PM
. I arrived at about 3:30, just as DaveO (6.5, I think) was leaving and George (7.5) was finishing his session. As the wind seemed to backing off, I rigged my 8.5, which worked well from about 4 to 4:45. Quite a few kites at BWB but no PWCs or motorboats!
