The wind blew all night, took a break from 7 to 9, then cranked back up. Whitecaps everywhere when I arrived at Charleston Bridge launch (aka Chucktown). Immediately apparent that my usual 7.0 was not going to work; rigged my 6.0. On the first reach out it became clear that I was going to need something smaller; came in and rigged my 5.0. George put a 5.7 on his 100ishL Naish board. We were both very powered up in the gusts, slogging in the lulls, and spending a lot more time than usual in the water.
