			Wind appeared at my place in Charleston about 11:30. Arrived at IB about noon; a light breeze, but not a whitecap in sight. Rigged anyway and actually got quite a few foiling rides (albeit most of them pretty short). 
Peak gust 17mph, average 7.7mph  Water temp 75ºF  The "beach" keeps getting wider, but once you get to the water, it's still deep enough for foiling (at least with a 30" foil mast).
