Skyline last week Sun-Thurs

Postby windzup » Fri Feb 09, 2007 10:59 am

Last weekend rocked with full power on all the kites 10m and up. Couldn't ask for better strong and steady wind.

Monday was the big H with not an ounce of wind.

Tuesday kicked on with rides on big kites, most everyone on 12 meter Snowkites.

Wednesday was more of the same, with solid power in the big kites. A couple groups rolled thru these days, some guys from Florida, Civiello from SS with some friends on 05 Frenzy's, and some guys from Nor-Utah.

Thursday was f#@*ing on!!! Launched 4, 6 and 8 meter Access Snowkites along with a 5 and 7.5 Frenzy. We all switched off trying out the different kites. I was lit on the 6 Access, and then hopped onto a 7.5 m Frenzy on 20m lines.....it was high speed rocking, high hanging jumping and fast fast fast.

Should have been there man, it was the first day of the year that I was scared to launch bigger than a 7m Snowkite. Saw a guy get pummeled on a 5 meter, limping away with a bloody face!

Need more snow now tho, its tracked, packed and jacked...with rocks popping thru.
